Martino Labs had years of documentation, changelogs, and internal knowledge scattered across tools. Their support team answered the same questions repeatedly, and customers struggled to find answers on their own.
What we built
We built a retrieval pipeline that indexes their entire corpus and answers questions grounded in it — with a citation on every claim, so users and support agents can trust and verify each response.
